I really, really need an assistant over on 50music, especially where making the completion banners/awards is concerned. I'm keeping up semi-well with the claims on my own, it's the banners that are killing me.

If anyone would like to lend a creative hand, please let me know.

OK, here's the deal...

My life has become more than it used to be, as most of you know by now. I've got a lot of stuff going on in, what I like to call, "my real world," and so, the internet projects I used to devote a lot of time to are suffering from neglect.

I've weeded out a bunch of my fanlistings (and may close a couple more), etc. but there's one area where I'm still struggling.

50music, the icon challenge community I run/moderate/whatever has fallen into disrepair. I'm late approving claims, even later creating and awarding the completion banners, and editing the memories? That has become a memory itself.

If any of you would be willing to become a co-moderator, and/or help design the award banners, or know of someone I could ask, by all means, let me know!

Thanks. I'd really rather not give that community up completely.

Oy. So, this person makes a claim on 50music and makes a few icons, right? Now, like two weeks into the claim, they're like "can I change my claim (to a different musician)?"

I say (as nicely as I can), that, no, I'll only allow a change from, say, the lead singer of a band to the band itself, or vice versa, but that's all.

So, then they say "ok, I'll go with a band member then..." which is fine, right? No. They choose someone from a different band! *sigh* How do I reply to this in a nice way? I don't want to sound b*tchy, but I'm frustrated.

Being a moderator isn't always fun... ha ha. Thankfully, though, most people just claim, actually make their icons, and then actually post in the hall of fame to let me know they've completed. In other words, you know, actually READ AND FOLLOW THE RULES! Wow. What a concept.

There might be a language problem with this person, too (I'm assuming, seeing as they always claim Japanese artists), so that's why I'm not going completely b*tchcakes on them.
